For a long time Jabra have been producing a fantastic headset known as the Jabra Pro 920 and Jabra Pro 930. They have proven time and time again to be a great entry level basic wireless headsets. They don’t have all the bells and whistles that some other wireless headsets have but they do the job and they do it well.
Well, now Jabra have decided to take these headsets and improve them! They are bringing out the Jabra Pro 925 wireless headset and Jabra Pro 935 wireless headset in mid April.
They have taken the standard Jabra Pro 920 and 930 headsets and added Bluetooth to them. What this means is if you are looking to purchase a 925 you will have the ability to connect to your desk phone and mobile. When looking at the Jabra Pro 935 you have the ability to connect to your PC and mobile. The headset can pair directly to your mobile so it can be used both in and out of the office.
The added advantage of these new headsets is that Jabra are taking use of the latest technology in wireless devices meaning that rather than the standard 10m range that most Bluetooth devices give you the new Jabra 925 and 935 headset now come with a whopping 100m of Bluetooth coverage which is 90 metres more than the standard Bluetooth headset on the market today! .
The headset itself still comes with all the great features of the standard Pro 920.
The headset comes with a headband and you can buy an earhook or neckband accessory separately. Headband style is REALLY unusual for a Bluetooth headset (they’re pretty much all over the ear with an earbud) and sure to make it a popular choice. With a talk time of 12 hours you can essentially go 2 days without having to recharge your battery. It also has a standby time of 168 hours and a charge time of 180m to full battery charge.
The headset is equipped with a noise cancelling microphone meaning the person you are speaking to only hears you rather than the background noise of what is happening around you. A fully rotatable microphone boom so that you can wear the headset on either ear and all the mute and volume control features in an easy accessible spot right on the ear piece of the headset.
While we love the Jabra Pro 920’s we can’t wait to get the new and improved 925 and 935 headsets in the office. As previously mentioned these headsets are not due for release till mid April however we are taking pre release orders so if you want to be among the first in Australia to get your hands on one get your orders in now!
